She also looks into the outdoor media and marketing campaigns of the Airlink with the objective of deep penetration and access to real consumers of Airlink’s Products. She believes in continuous training and development of Human Resource in order to make them compatible for the emerging era.
She attended various conferences, seminars of human capital management of the emerging era, which does not merely to get things done, but also exploring true potential of human resource competencies currently employed.
