- The Company discourages the employment of close relatives. However, under certain conditions, the CEO may waive this policy in favor of employing close relatives. Close relatives are defined as: spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandparents or in-laws. Concealing such close relationship at the time of employment will make the employee liable to a disciplinary action.
- Family member will not be allowed to supervise any other family member. Employees that enter into a personal relationship, non-work related, will not be allowed to supervise the other and will be transferred. HR Department must be intimated immediately about entry into such relationship.
- No ex-employee will be re-hired before 1 year without prior approval of the CEO. A strong justification will be required from the Departmental Manager to obtain approval in such cases.
- In hiring against certain key/important or Manager & above positions, the formation of a nominated panel may be required. Nominated panel may or may not interview the candidate collectively.
